Most of the building is currently under renovation. The loading docks are at the rear of the building, entrance from the first courtyard. Plenty of space for maneuver. Fast loading, nice people

You will have to walk a mile here in any weather condition, there are no instructions when u arrive. A line of trucks stretching down the street. Your wait time will be 4-7 hr minimum. Be prepared for a nightmare. I should've listened to the other people on here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Better have the correct load number, what product you are picking up, and the brokers name to check in. Took an hour and a half from arrival to get into a door. You have to pull in the lot to the right from the guard shack and back up through the dock area to get to a door.

Attention Truckers: There's more than one way to get here, due to construction at the time that way I choose to arrive here is this. Driving on I-35 southbound I took exit 331 and made a right onto S New RD. I than made a left onto Beverly Dr. Driving west bound this would put the facility on my right. They wanted my truck facing east bound and parked on the side of the road B4 I checked in so I drove a little further down until I reached the trailer lot on their facility which was on my right, I used this lot to turn around. Park your truck and walk up to the security shack which is a small white building in order to check in. If picking up give them your load info and license. Most likely they will have you wait in your truck and call you when they're ready for you. Since I had a drop-n-hook arrangement here I dropped my empty in the trailer lot, than bobtailed to shipping office to use the terminal to print out my BOL's and get my seal. Than I had to drive back to get my new loaded trailer and I was good to go. Overall my time here didn't have any issues that slowed me down. But be aware that If you have to drive threw the back of the facility to reach the trailer lot the ro
